The actual text in the application should look like this:
Name in game :: (your username)
Position :: (what position in staff you want)
How long you have been playing :: (how long)
Why you think you should be promoted :: (what you think)
Points :: (any points you think you should include about yourself)
Extra Info :: (anything extra you think we should know)

It should be detailed, and should'nt be just like "i wann be mod cuz i help server".

To be a Mod or an Admin means that you are dedicated to the server, so you can start by posting a decent staff application.
